I have always been a distance...Yea, I can imagine. I have always been a distance runner by heart so the whole short run followed by walks just didn't set right. I know it helps a lot of people and I know in high school we did runs that were like 3 min followed by 5 min walk and it seemed to help jump start those who hadn't run all summer. I pic...Dude, my legs are screamin' today, too. I picked up my c25k program from where I left off last time, which was the final day of week 2.
