Pretty easy today. Legs feeling better...much better. Run was great. I Ran 15 min followed by a 5 min walk. I plan on running atleast 20 on wednesday. We shall see how that goes. I think the 5k put in perspective how short I have been running. I do think though that my pace is picking up quite a bit from teh first week or so, but the endurance still really needs the extra work.
