Well...Today was day one. It was a chilly morning with the temperature around 30°. Pretty easy first day, but I guess that is how you make sure you stick with it and not burn out on the first day. I forgot to make sure I had something to track my time so I did my best to stick with the
chart. I did break my walk up so I didn't have quite the break it listed. Overall, after day 1 I feel pretty good. I am trying to do all my runs in the mornings to make the time consistent and to attempt to help eliminate excuses as to why I can do it after I get home.
