Day 8

Well...time changed this weekend so it made getting up ever so much harder. The run went really well.  I tried an alternative route and to push my self to run a little longer.  I ran 6 min, walked 2 min, ran 6 min, walked 3 min, ran 3 min, walked 2 min.  I am still trying to decide if I like this method or not.  It feels like I am constantly trying to talk myself out of wanting to walk earlier or feeling like I need the walk.  In the past I have been able to just take the focus off of that, but simply telling myself I wont walk.

I certainly feel like the running is beginning to help somewhat with clearing my head and helping me be able to focus if I could only get it to help me lose weight.
