Day 2

Looking at the chart, you will notice day too is a a resting day.  Well, that is right, but my legs are sore.  They say mussels have memory and typically don't take long to get back to their previous state.  I hope that is true.  Today will also be a stretching day.  I will be doing various stretches, which will hopefully help with my legs, as well as walking some stairs at work, which will stretch my legs out some as well. 

Oh how I miss being in shape :)


  1. Dude, my legs are screamin' today, too. I picked up my c25k program from where I left off last time, which was the final day of week 2. Though, my program looks like it's different from yours. Last night was 90second jogs split up by 2minute walks, for 20 minutes. Gotta keep goin', though!

  2. Yea, I can imagine. I have always been a distance runner by heart so the whole short run followed by walks just didn't set right. I know it helps a lot of people and I know in high school we did runs that were like 3 min followed by 5 min walk and it seemed to help jump start those who hadn't run all summer. Keep it up
